Benchin into a shit ton of chain (around 40kg) . I chose this yesterday because my should was feeling angry in the warm ups from BJJ and I still wanted to grind something . The reason I chose 40kg of chain was because the weight is only 125ish at the bottom (meaning less weight and less shoulder stress) and 150kg at the top (where my triceps are doing most of the work and my shoulder doesnโ€™t have to work hard here) . If you are always doing the same shit you will always get the same result, try something new and see what it does for you ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š . #royalefitness #weaponizethebody #bulletproofthemind
